Line of covering and decoration with substitute or chocolate composed of:

  • Covering or tapping machine, tub with capacity from 25 KGs to 50 Kgs.

  • It loosens and it mixes the chocolate maintaining the unchanged crystallization for all through the workmanship.

  • The recycling happens with cochlea on heated vertical column.

  • The machine is complete of adjustable blower to get the desired covering.

  • Tunnel of cooling of various dimensions

  • The system of cooling, with dehumidification of the air in circle, it allows an excellent crystallization of the chocolate.

  • The temperature is adjustable with electronic thermostat up to-8°C

  • The speed adjustable belt to half inverter from 0.55 to a minimum of 1.6 meters
